Make your chapter an official arm of the Ohio Young Democrats and the Young Democrats of America -- charter today!

Unfortunately, we can not upload an excel file to our website.  If you'd like to charter, please email one of the following officers and we'll send you the Excel Spreadsheet Template you'll need to use to send us your chapter's information. 

What do you need to charter?
1. Membership List, including address, birthday, email and phone number
2. List of Officers
3. Constitution, By-laws or other Prevailing Governing Document
4. Dues -- $1/per member that you're chartering

All applications are due by noon on April 3rd in order to be eligible to vote at the Convention!
